If you need to return any defective jewelry, please email us, or call our office at 888-333-0870, within 7 days of receiving your order and we will give you a Return Authorization Number(RAN). Do not return anything without a RAN, but once you receive a RAN, please return the item(s) immediately as RANs expire in 7 days and will not be reissued. Defective items can only be exchanged for the exact same item. When returning an item, it must be in its original condition and its original bag, or it will not be accepted, and it will be shipped back to the customer.
We do not ship back orders. If an item is out at the time of shipping, you will not receive that item at a later date unless you place a new order which meets the $100 minimum.
We do not accept Add-On items. Once you have hit the "place order" button, your order has been placed. At this point you may no longer add on items by email or phone.
